Adriatic Wood Days
Adriatic Wood Days (AWD) comprises four thematically related and yet programmatically separate international conferences in the field of forestry, wood processing, energy from wood, furniture production and creative industries. In Dubrovnik, more than 400 participants, leading experts from business, academia, politics and the media will analyze situation in these sectors and seek optimal solutions for improvement opportunities. AWD is the largest and most comprehensive sectoral event in this part of Europe, and the participants will adopt conclusions and propose recommendations to decision-makes of sectoral policies at the regional, European and global level.

In addition to four specialized conferences, a joint plenary lectures will take place, which will link the conferences and discuss the most current topics in the sector, especially the European model of cascading use of wood recently presented by the European Commission.
